Quad J Capital Holdings, LLC is a real estate investment and development firm specializing in ground-up multifamily development across high-growth submarkets in the Western United States. With over 90 years of combined team experience in real estate development, asset management, operations, and finance, we deliver institutional-quality investment opportunities to accredited investors, high net worth individuals, and family offices.
Our portfolio spans $750 million in assets under management, including $247 million in multifamily assets representing over 1,100 doors. We have successfully developed over 2,000 acres of land, repositioned 25 retail and office properties worth $65 million, and built over 300 single-family homes across Western US markets.
Founded by Jerome Maldonado, a seasoned real estate developer, investor, and author, Quad J Capital combines deep market expertise with a proven track record of successful project execution and investor returns.
